The majority of our garden design clients prefer a classic or formal style featuring elements of symmetry, clean geometry and crisp lines, with ideas taken from Tim’s time spent in Paris. However these are often mixed with a cottage garden planting plan, especially when working on smaller projects.

We have also completed several contemporary gardens featuring raised seating, timber planters and even provision for an outdoor bbq space with kitchen garden. Many classical elements can be transferred over to smaller contemporary gardens, such as clipped topiary, framed views, water features and designing around a central axis.
